In 2009, Whirlwind cooperated with PT. Dharma Polymetal in Indonesia to develop and produce the RougRider wheelchair. Beginning in 2012, I joined Whirlwind to transfer technology and produce the RoughRider in China. I provide quality assurance according to the quality standards specified for each wheelchair produced. I provide wheelchair basic training and setup assemble workshops in Ethiopia, Nigeria and Seirra Leone countries that are part of the WPAC program. Developing a product that is beneficial for disabled people is so important because it enables them to have the skills to assemble, maintenance and fixed problem of the wheelchairs they receive. Whirlwind is always looking to make continuous improvements to develop quality products. I am proud to be part of the product development team.
